Kent House Business Centre has a wide range of offices available to let. Suites are available to accommodate 1 to 12 people and are furnished, carpeted and ready for immediate occupation. Access to the offices is 24 hours seven days a week. At Kent House Business Centre a single monthly payment covers all regular outgoings.

Rent is payable monthly in advance and includes business and water rates, heating and electricity, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, building insurance, security and reception services, furniture, telephone equipment and personalised answering service. Outgoing telephone calls are invoiced monthly.

Kent House Business Centre also offer services for external clients including conference room hire and virtual office programmes which allows you to have a strong company image without having to invest in an office.
